Project scope

Each project is governed by the written scope accepted by K4 Landworks LLC and the customer. Work outside that scope requires separate written agreement.

Site information

The customer is responsible for identifying property boundaries, private utilities, septic components, wire, hidden structures, valued trees, and other conditions that may affect the work.

Conditions and scheduling

Weather, ground conditions, access, unknown obstacles, or safety concerns may change sequencing or scheduling. K4 Landworks will communicate when conditions require a pause or revised plan.
